At Boskenwyn School we offer Breakfast Club to all children, Monday to Friday from 8.00 am. The charge is £3-00 per child and there is a concession for children in receipt of FSM. We offer a choice of cereals, toast and fruit together with water, milk or juice. We can also sometimes offer Breakfast Club to start earlier if needed but you will have to pre-book this with Mrs Care who will also check staff availability.
Breakfast club not only enables flexibility for parents but it gives children the opportunity to spend more time with their friends while having a hearty breakfast. Statistics prove that children who attend breakfast clubs are livelier in class, concentrate more and achieve better, particularly disadvantaged children.
